Co-extrusion: combining multiple functions in a single profile

With co-extrusion we process two or more materials into a single profile. Typical applications combine a rigid PP or ABS carrier with a soft TPE sealing lip — in one operation, without adhesives or secondary assembly.

For visible parts we integrate coloured cap layers or UV-stable covers directly into the extrusion process. The result is durable surfaces that do not require painting.
